AST Hires Josh McGinn as Senior Vice President of Relationship Management

American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC (AST) announced today that it has hired Josh McGinn as Senior Vice President of Relationship Management. McGinn will be based in San Francisco and will manage client relationships in the Western Region.

“Josh is an excellent addition to the AST family,” said Mark C. Healy, President and Chief Executive Officer of AST. “His industry experience in relationship management and knowledge of the business will be an asset to our organization, further enhancing the level of service we provide to our West Coast clients.”

As AST expands its reach throughout the U.S., Josh will assist in providing relationship support to clients and also develop new business initiatives for AST within the Western Region of the country.

Before joining AST, Josh served as a Senior Relationship Manager and Vice President at Bank of New York Mellon Shareowner Services where he managed shareholder services for premier corporate issuers and IPOs. Josh also worked for Computershare and its predecessor, EquiServe, and was involved with developing and administering a wide range of services, including forward and reverse stock splits, acquisitions involving stock and cash exchanges, corporate spin-offs and direct stock purchase plans.

Josh earned both his Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Business Administration from Boston University, a Series 7 License and the Certified Equity Professional designation. He is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, National Investor Relations Institute and regularly contributes to their West Coast chapters.
